We undertook this project in 2023 for our clients who wanted to open up the main living areas to be more sociable, open plan spaces and ​​update and enhance the external aesthetics and character of the property. By adding a new front porch and timber cladding to the front elevation, along with re-configuring much of the rear glazing, not only was the property enhanced, but far more natural light was also introduced to the living areas.

Two picture windows to the rear elevation serve the office and dining room, making the most of the sightlines to the extensive rear garden, and new bi-folding doors were introduced to enhance the connection form inside to outside.

Internally, the property has undergone extensive refurbishments throughout, including the re-configuration of all the bathrooms and the kitchen space, now complete with a large central island, ideal for socialising with friends and family alike.

We successfully gained planning permission for these works and also provided the Tender & Building Regulations drawings for this project.
