TENDER & BUILDING REGULATIONS
This package of drawings is designed to provide you a pack that can be used to obtain quotes from contractors for the works and provide construction details so that the project can be signed off by Building Control.

The drawings include detailed plans, sections 1:10 construction details along with pricing drawings such as, but not limited to, power and lighting layouts for pricing. These drawings also give you a design to work towards reducing the changes during construction which can cause costs to increase.

Sometimes, this package can be reduced to provide you with only the Building Regulations drawings.
​
CLC Projects will also liaise with 3rd party consultants such as structural engineers who will be needed during this process to make sure plans are co-ordinated.
