We undertook this project in 2021 for our clients who were looking to extend their property in multiple ways.  While this proved initially difficult at planning, we were successfully able to obtain the relevant planning permissions for our clients.

A ground floor rear extension was added to improve the existing kitchen while we extended to the side at first floor level over the existing garage to create an additional bedroom and home office.  Additionally, a loft conversion created a new master suite including ensuite to the top floor.

A key design feature was to create a much more inviting, brighter and spacious entrance to the property.  A large rooflight to the main roof over the vaulted double height entrance lobby achieves this, transforming the entrance to the property to align with a modern design.
